REFUND POLICY

All jewelry pieces and accessories are final sale and not available for exchange because of the unique one-of-a-kind and made to order approach.

  • Exception for exchanges: please email sales@lenagianna.com if you wish to exchange your jewelry piece for a smaller/bigger size

For long-lasting jewelry, please follow Lena Gianna’s recommended care guide!

While we are happy to repair manufacturing faults, this does not include: general wear and tear (ie: snapped/broken chain, clear oxidization to which fading occurred, and missing gemstones or pearls)

SHIPPING POLICY

** LENA GIANNA JEWELRY & COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER AND DO NOT SEND REPLACEMENTS ** Shipping insurance is available to add at checkout.

At checkout, you will have the option of selecting standard shipping or express shipping. Please take into account that orders do have a processing time of 1-3 business days which shipping times do not include. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with the tracking number attached.

Invalid/Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered an invalid address, we will email you for confirmation. If you have entered the wrong address, and do not email us within the FIRST 12 HOURS of placing your order, Lena Gianna Jewelry & Company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your lost package.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you experience any manufacturing faults, please email an image and your order number to sales@lenagianna.com to discuss potential options. If it is approved and you are shipping your piece back to Lena Gianna, you are

responsible for the return postage costs. We will then cover the shipping cost to return your handmade pieces back to yo(within the U.S only).

When returning an item for repair, it must be returned in its original packaging (jewelry pouch), and a tracking number must be provided and sent to our email sales@lenagianna.com
